Toes in the Water - book launch and signing

Join Rachel Jones as she launches her book Toes in the Water on Thursday 8th February at 6.45pm.

Toes in the Water is an edited collection of stories about wild swimming, in three themes of community, mental health and environment. It shares the joy of swimming, and the glimmers that people get from being in the water, surrounded by nature and other amazing humans.

Rachel is a wild swimmer and Mental Health Swims host who enjoys full moon bathing, jumping in, ice swimming and baking cakes. ‘I make a lot of water inspired art, I am neurodiverse and proud AuDHD. I help to run Hampshire Open Water Swimmers and during the day I am a specialist SEN teacher’.

Rachel will also be signing copies of the book during the evening.
