Our Community Space Hire Rates are Increasing

Due to the spiralling costs of our energy, we are needing to increase our room hire costs from around 10% from 1st May. 

There will be an additional cost of £3 an hour for hires in the evening due to increases in the Real Living Wage for team members. We will now have the minimal charge in the evening being the large community space rate, this will affect hires for the one to one room and the meeting room area.

We appreciate that a lot of people are struggling with increases in costs, but this revised rate is significantly below the increase percentage we are seeing with our energy prices, as we still wish to make the Community Space as affordable as possible for our hirers. It is also our first increase in over four years outside of increasing our rate in evening due to team wage increases.
